Abstract

The philosophy of process education is an important reference for moral education work and a systematic guidance for the cultivation of socialist core values ​​in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effectiveness of cultivating core values, based on the perspective of process religious philosophy, we should improve the work system of cultivating college students' practical ability with values, and innovate the concept and method of cultivating values. From the perspective of Marxist practice, it scientifically defines the practical ability of college students, and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and structure of the practical ability of college students. This paper analyzes the reasons for the current weak practical ability of college students in my country, and discusses the effective ways and mechanisms to improve the practical ability of college students, that is, to establish modern educational concepts, deepen curriculum and teaching reform, build high-quality teachers, strengthen practical teaching links, and expand The construction of practice bases, close cooperation between schools and enterprises, cultivate college students' scientific research awareness, enhance scientific research assistance capabilities, give full play to the role of student associations, actively organize college students' science and technology competitions and college students' social practice activities; establish an incentive mechanism for college students' practical ability training, strengthen assessment The intensity of evaluation ensures that there are rules to follow in the cultivation of college students' practical ability, which is scientific and standardized. The religious philosophy summed up in practice has a profound impact on both Eastern and Western societies. With the concept of religious philosophy, it aims to create a good environment inside and outside the school for the cultivation of college students' practical ability, to achieve the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities, and to cultivate more creative comprehensive, practical and compound talents for my country's economic construction and social development talents.
